DispatchWright is not currently offered as a paid public service. StoreKit trial and subscription plans remain planned, not active.
1. Agreement and operator
These terms govern use of the DispatchWright private beta provided by ProofWright AI LLC, referred to here as “ProofWright,” “we,” or “us.” By installing or using the beta, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the beta.
2. Beta access
Access is limited to approved testers and may be changed, suspended, or ended as testing needs change. The beta may contain defects, lose local cached data, or change without notice. Keep important information in Gmail and do not rely on the beta as the only copy of any message or attachment.
3. Google account and acceptable use
You are responsible for the Google account you connect and for activity you choose to perform through DispatchWright. You may use the app only with accounts you are authorized to access and in compliance with Google’s terms and applicable law.
Do not attempt to bypass access controls, reverse engineer protected service components, disrupt the beta, or use it to send unlawful, abusive, or deceptive content.
4. What the beta provides
The current beta is a native Gmail client. It is not an email hosting service and does not support non-Gmail mailboxes. Gmail remains authoritative for messages, drafts, and mailbox state.
Planned AI sorting, hosted processing, selective alerts, and paid subscriptions are not included in these terms because they are not active features of the current beta.
5. Privacy
The DispatchWright privacy policy explains the data the current beta accesses, where it is stored, and which retention and future-provider details remain unresolved. It is part of these terms.
6. Third-party services
DispatchWright depends on services provided by Google and Apple. Their availability and terms are outside ProofWright’s control. A Google or Apple service change may affect beta functionality.
7. Your content
You retain ownership of your email and other content. You authorize DispatchWright to access and process that content only as needed to provide the actions you request in the app.
8. Feedback
If you send feedback, you allow ProofWright to use it to improve DispatchWright without payment or obligation to you. Do not include confidential third-party content in a feedback message unless you are authorized to share it.
9. Disclaimer and liability
The beta is provided “as is” and “as available” for evaluation. To the extent permitted by law, ProofWright disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from beta use. Nothing here excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
10. Ending use
You may stop using the beta at any time, remove the connected account in the app, revoke access in your Google Account, and uninstall the app. ProofWright may end beta access when reasonably necessary for testing, security, compliance, or product changes.
11. Changes and contact
These terms may change as the beta changes. A revised date will appear above. Questions can be sent to david@proofwright.ai.
