Private beta support
Talk to the builder.
Include your device, operating-system version, and the step that failed. Do not email message contents or attachments unless they are necessary to reproduce the problem and safe to share.
Minimum systems: macOS 14 or later, iOS 17 or later, or iPadOS 17 or later.
Reconnect Gmail
Open DispatchWright and select the affected account.
Use the reconnect option and complete Google’s OAuth screen.
Return to the inbox and allow the account to refresh.
If reconnecting does not work, send the error text and device details to support. Never send your Google password.
Remove an account from the app
Open account settings in DispatchWright.
Choose the account and select remove.
Confirm removal.
This clears credentials, local drafts, queued actions, cached attachments, and the local account record on that device. It does not delete Gmail messages or remove access on another device.
Revoke Google access
To revoke the app’s Google authorization separately, open your Google Account connections, find DispatchWright, and remove access.
The review build covers Google sign-in, account selection, inbox and message views, Gmail search, labels, message actions, compose, drafts, replies, forwards, signatures, and attachments. Review should use the authorized Gmail test account supplied with the submission instructions.
Do not expect in this build: AI sorting, hosted commercial processing, selective AI alerts, a free trial, or a paid subscription. Those features are planned and are not represented as available.
