Clear boundaries

Gmail stays authoritative.

DispatchWright is a client, not an email host. It does not provide a mailbox, replace Google’s servers, or support non-Gmail accounts.

No separate mail serverMessages remain in Gmail. Local storage is a device cache.

No generated replies or summariesThe current beta does not write or send email with AI.

No broad automationNo send-later, shared-inbox, or permanent-delete shortcut is included.

Google account access

Why DispatchWright asks for Gmail access.

Access requested

openid · email · profile · gmail.modify

The Gmail permission allows the email actions listed above: reading, composing, sending, updating labels, archiving, and moving messages to trash.

How access is protected

OAuth credentials are kept in Apple Keychain. DispatchWright does not ask for or store your Google password. Removing an account clears its credentials and cached app data from that device.
