ProofWright is an independent software studio. We build focused software for the companies that do the work — the sale at the kitchen table, the job on site, the money in the bank.
Who we are
ProofWright is the brand of Proofwright AI LLC, a Florida limited liability company working from South Florida. We make products of our own and build custom software for companies whose operations nothing off the shelf fits. You can reach us at david@proofwright.ai.
The founder
David Villegas founded ProofWright. Before it, he built software for Watsco, the largest HVAC parts distributor in North America, and ran operations in the trades, working day to day in AccuLynx, JobNimbus, CompanyCam and Raken. The software we build comes out of that: problems met running real jobs, not problems imagined from a distance.

What we make
ShowWright: interactive sales presentations for in-home selling. The homeowner swipes through colors, moves a slider and watches the price update on a tablet at their own kitchen table. It is in development and not yet available in the app store.
SureWright: one app to run the job and collect the money — scheduling, quote, homeowner approval, card on file and autopay. It is in early access and not open to the public yet.
DispatchWright: a native Gmail client for Mac, iPhone and iPad. It is in private beta and is not publicly downloadable.
Custom builds: product websites, customer portals, office dashboards and field tools, built to the same standard as our own products.
How we work
Every ProofWright product starts as a problem we hit running real jobs. We build it, use it, and only then put it in front of anyone else. If a feature is not available yet, the site says so. Work for clients is governed by a written proposal that both sides sign, and you talk to the person who builds the software.
We are not the right fit for everyone. A business under roughly a million dollars a year, or running a single crew, is better served by an off-the-shelf tool, and we will say so.
